Staff Philosophy

We are looking for passionate,  hard-working, naturally happy, motivated, flexible, fun-loving, skilled  staff with a great sense of humor. We have high expectations of all  our staff members. For camp to function well everyone has to work hard  and you will find the administration setting the tone and modeling exactly  what we ask of our staff. We hire specialized staff for all of our activity  areas. The guys we are looking for have experience playing and coaching  their particular sport and truly enjoy working with children. This job  offers so many opportunities that will enrich your overall summer experience.  You will meet people from a variety of different backgrounds from all  over the world. Some of these friendships last a lifetime, and you’ll  always have a place to stay when you travel around the world. More importantly,  you’ll learn about yourself through the challenges that naturally  present in the camp environment. Group living, and the responsibility  and reward of being a surrogate parent to campers that are away from  home will contribute to the satisfaction that you’ll feel at the end  of this summer.
